We have many guests who have returned to holiday at our penthouse. Autumn Winter Spring and Summer this holiday home makes for a truely splendid holiday. The property is the premier penthouse apartment in the area situated on the 5th floor of the prestige beach-fronted development of Playa Verde on the island of Isla Canela.

It consists of 1100 square feet (118 sq metres) of interior space and a further 2400 square feet (255 sq metres) of outdoor terracing with planting and triple aspect views. The main aspect overlooks the beach and sea whilst the second and third aspects overlook the marina at Punta del Moral and the island including the bird sanctuary on the protected wetlands behind the development.

The property is secure incorporating shutters on windows and terrace doors and a superior multi-bolt front door.

The property has air conditioning which is included in the price.

A magical week in an amazing apartment. It was a magical week in your amazing apartment with its really huge terrace and its wonderful view of the sea,the port and the wetlands. The conviently and tastefully equipped apartment appealed to us extraordinarily well. Sitting in the whirlpool and watching the sea is almost like a fairytale. The week in the apartment was the brilliant ending to our trip to Andulucia. Saying thank you,

Paradise in Isla Canela. This really is the most fantastic apartment. When we arrived we just looked at each other in amazement that we were to spend our holiday here. The views truly have to be seen to be beleived. The beach the Marina the wetlands where we saw a group of Flamingoes. We cooked freshly caught fish that we bought in the market at Ayamonteon the outdoor kitchen. We drank Cava in the Jacuzzi under the stars. Will definitely return and thoroughly recommend it.

Having been lucky enough to spend a week at the penthouse in October, I can only describe it as luxury oasis. The fact that it is a penthouse, with a magnificent terrace with 360 degree views from the wetlands, across to the Marina and over the sea gives you a feeling of freedom and space, detached from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Everything - from the hassle free journey to the feeling of complete relaxation the minute you walk through the door, made it the perfect way to re-charge my batteries. I can't enthuse enough about the facilities, including the outside kitchen, dining and lounging areas not to mention the hot tub overlooking the beach. There are lots of interesting trips within easy reach but to be honest - we were more than happy to just visit the outdoor market in nearby Ayamonte and select the fresh fish and seafood that we would cook later on the outdoor cooker. All in all - a wonderful place to go and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a 'grown-up' holiday far from the madding crowd!

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our week and a great deal of that was due to your spectacular apartment - it exceeded my expectations and your descriptions! We were very lucky with the weather which made relaxing in the hot tub enjoying the views all the more pleasurable. We flew from London to Spain to a roof top apartment and entered paradise.... The roof top apartments views of the beach, Marina and Wet lands were stunning, where at times we saw 'flamingos'. The apartment itself was very luxurious from the beautifully decorated bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen and the wonderful alfresco dining. To top it all we relaxed in the outside hot tub, whilst admiring the beach and sea. The apartments shared swimming pool was a delight to cool down in. It was cleaned daily and a lifeguard is there during opening times. The Marina and Fishing Village are within walking distance. At the Marina you will find a local supermarket, restaurants and bars and the Fishing Village you can eat locally caught fish, cooked authentically, at a reasonable price. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at the apartment, and would not hesitate to recommend to friends to book and holiday at the apartment as well as returning ourselves.

My husband and I spent a week at this wonderful penthouse apartment with two other couples. The views from the apartment are amazing and it’s very versatile and so light any airy. It’s all so beautiful you feel you are living the dream here. We had gone as my husband has just had a hip replacement and needed to recover. This was the perfect place he could relax on the terrace and go in the hot tub. The terrace is so big you have so much space you never feel closed in or on top of each other. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic we spent a few nights there but then why would we want to leave paradise! We would defiantly go again I don't think you could ever get fed up with those stunning views.

"The perfect home in wonderful surroundings" "This was the best holiday apartment we ever stayed in. It is well maintained. The jacuzzi and the outdoor kitchen are just fun. When we arrived we could not believe that this is true. The huge terrace with its various seating areas is so inviting that we had difficulties to get our teenagers to the beach or on a sightseeing daytrip. The nearby beach is perfect and so large that it is never too crowed, even on a high season weekend. If accommodation matters to you, this is the perfect place to stay."
